Ребёнок делает задания, но я могу проверить у себя в аккаунте т.к не отображаются и смысл тогда приложения?

Не работает,зависает все. У детей андроид ,у меня айфон. То не отображаются задания на айфоне(у родителя),то дети не могут сделать отчет о выполнении,тк фото тупо не грузится и выдает ошибку
