The Merit Ring now reconnects on its own when the connection drops, and the app checks the ring as soon as you open it.

### 1.10.1 — 2026-02-02

This release of Do Merit includes a whole bunch of new features & improvements!
We've added the following new features:

1. A new indicator icon so you can track your current emotion from the Merit Ring wherever you are in the app!
2. The meditations tab has been replaced with a sounds tab, with new content published every week!
3. Journaling is now easier with daily prompts – Let us know if this improves your journaling experience!
4. We've added a new health button to the app header to give you a preview of upcoming health features that will integrate with the Merit Ring.

UX Improvements:

1. Starting meditation only shows once a day now.
2. Clicking on the "Feed" button scrolls you back to the top.
3. The mood summary screen keeps your device awake now so you can watch your emotions change while you perform tasks outside of the Do Merit app.

Bug fixes:

* Merit Ring connectivity.
* Sound cards were showing invalid timestamps.
* Daily goals & mood summaries are synced with device timezones.
