I was invited to join by the TFT group. Coach updates our workouts periodically and changes the routine up . I’ve definitely made progress since joining and I’m greatfull

I’ve tried many apps in the past and believe me when I say MANY! I love the work outs and simplicity of how to use it. The results are awesome obviously if you stay consistent. Thank you Coach Carla for the amazing workouts! 😎

This app is Amazing!!! It’s easy to read and follow directions. I love that you can watch the videos. To make sure you are doing the exercise correctly!! I have used other workout apps and this one is the Best!! I highly recommend this app and Do The Work program.
