Every experience here has been great. When I reached out to customer support (a group called Thanx), the first representative was helpful in crediting two of my orders, but then another representative emailed stating that I couldn’t receive rewards points because the order was placed through DoorDash (which it was not - I placed all orders through the Doc B’s app while logged into my account). The aesthetics of the app look similar to DoorDash, so it may use the same platform…it’s surprising that the app’s own customer support team wouldn’t know this. I have placed an additional two orders since I reached out to customer support (neither of which were credited to my account). ### 1/5 — Why I Stopped Using the App to Order Food *2025-04-06* The app was perfectly fine for years. Five stars. I would order my food all the time with zero problems and earn the points just as they state. Then, they changed it. Now when using the app, it forces you to order through grubhub, whether it’s delivered or you pick it up yourself. No other option. What’s the problem with this, you ask? You’re ordering through their app, for their food and the order for pickup goes to the restaurant with no problem just like the original app. The problem is, YOU WON’T GET THE POINTS! I lost roughly 60 points discovering this little nuance. Now I use the app simply to view the menu and I now MANUALLY submit my points through the app. And yes, I also need to call my order in ☹️. Suggestion, go back to the old app Doc B’s or at the very least, let folks know they’re not going to get their points automatically anymore. ### 1/5 — App Kick Out *2022-08-14, version 9.2.6* I download this app in hopes of signing up for their rewards program the problem is every time I click rewards in the app, I get kicked out completely. I went to contact support in the app as well and it did the same thing. Can’t use the rewards if I can’t access them. ### 2/5 — Problem with app *2023-12-01* Food is all right and the app was fine fir a bit, but now I can’t use it to order food. It goes straight past the home page to the rewards page and the arrow to go back doesn’t work. My only only other options are to look at history or upload a receipt. Not satusfactory. One way around this problem is to delete the app and reinstall. But once the order is placed — with newly re-entered credit card info, etc. — it’s back to the rewards page problem. This is not goos. I tried to write a report in the app store rather than a review, but that was futile. So I’m left to complain here. Fix the app. Please. ### 3/5 — Slow Service *2021-09-15* Unfortunately at lunch when we had limited time to eat, the service was slow and my order came out wrong.
