Logge dich dazu einfach mit deinen Zugangsdaten in der App ein, die du beim Kauf des jeweiligen Online-Programmes erhalten hast - und los geht’s. Mit der App kannst du:

• alle Videos und Inhalte auch von unterwegs anschauen
• Push-Benachrichtigungen für die Extra-Portion Motivation aktivieren

• Rezept-Suche auf deinem Smartphone nutzen (nur für PLUS-Mitglieder)
• Inhalte und Fotos ganz einfach in der Community teilen (nur für PLUS-Mitglieder)
