## What is DOC?

Met DOC-Office bent u reeds in staat uw adresboeken, agenda's, notities, taken en email met uw mobiele toestellen te synchroniseren.

In de basis synchronisatie zijn we beperkt tot de standaard velden. In veel gevallen hebben onze klanten eigen velden gefineerd en zijn er bijvoorbeeld notities aan contactpersonen gekoppeld.

Omdat bij DOC-Office alles met elkaar in verbinding staat, een factuur of offerte met een bedrijf, een bedrijf met een of meerdere contactpersonen, etc, zijn wij dankzij deze app in staat deze verbindingen ook op uw mobiel aan te bieden.

Dit alles is met de app toegankelijk gemaakt. Maar met de DOC-Office app kunt u nog meer!  

- Omzet en kosten statistieken inzien.
- Toegang tot facturen en offertes.
- Toegang tot alle notitie boeken
- Toegang tot alle adresboekken met additionele velden
- Mogelijkheid om bestanden direct naar DOC-Office te sturen.

Wanneer een factuur dmv de iDeal betaling of administratie koppeling van status veranderd, kunt u per direct dmv een push-notificatie geinformeerd worden.
