While the transcription qualities is pretty good, this app is absolute garbage. There’s no way to sort things. The editing features don’t work correctly.

Lots of bugs. For instance trying to edit a nite sometimes the keyboard will not appear. The app loads records very slowly. The search notes feature didn't work. Enter in a name or medical record number and it cannot find the note.  Nice idea, but is inconsistent.

Gets the job done. I wish we could have the feature to view the notes in landscape mode after rotating the phone.
