I contacted customer service numerous times and most times didn’t even get a reply, when I did receive a reply all they said was that their system said it was sent, clearly it wasn’t . Still haven’t received a reply from my last email and it’s ok because I will no longer use this app. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. They only have two options to redeem for orange and purple points, but there isn’t a way to redeem for the blue points. The research study I have been a part of rewards blue points but there isn’t no gift card option in the marketplace.
