I am well versed in AI charting applications for ER and urgent care use and this one is by far the best I have ever used. Also the founder is approachable and helps with IT issues quickly. I love this app it saves me so much time and creates more revenue by capturing things I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. And the DOCGPT integration as well as the clinical guidance with referencing knowledgeable and trusted resources (WikEM and StatPearls with hyperlinked articles) is so convenient. One of my favorite parts is the patient instructions that allow you to easily pass on what you said to the patients discharge.

I work across three busy ED trauma centers, and this app is a must for productivity. Charts are done in 10–15 minutes, with easy access to saved notes if I return later. Huge boost in time, efficiency, and RVUs—essential tool!

I am an ER doc who used to spend hours after seeing 25 patients in an 8 hour shift dictating charts. I’m now done with all my charts within 15 minutes of shift end. I’ve even had some shifts where I was fully dictated up before the end of my shift. I don’t ever want to work another er shift  without this.

I’ve been waiting to integrate AI into my medical practice for far too long. This has made documentation and differential diagnoses much more efficient. This is the future of medicine and will help healthcare providers navigate the burdensome task of medical note taking. The ability to quickly look medical literature within the EMR is astounding
