Docformative provides drug and medical information that pharmaceutical companies need to convey, and health care providers require, all in one digital platform, by bringing medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies together in a way that has not been done before. With Docformative, providers can read the latest medically related news and look up the official FDA labeling of all drugs approved for marketing in the United States. Push notifications will instantly alert you to new drug indications, new drug clinical data, new safety issues, etc. so that you can better serve your patients. We are excited to be launching prior to having any pharma company partners so that providers can benefit now from what our app has to offer. Soon, providers will be able to view educational material for promoted drugs at their leisure without having to interrupt their busy day talking with sales representatives. You will be able to order drug samples and chat with a pharma company expert (the Medical Science Liaison, Sales Representative, or Patient Advocate). We have lots of exciting plans for the future as well. As a new internal medicine intern, the ability to look up drug labeling and read medically related news without any ads has made my transition from medical student to intern a little less stressful. On one hand, it would be great if they sent out more alerts as it seems they are very selective with the ones they do send out, but on the other hand, it's nice to not be bombarded with too many notification which is very appreciated. Besides that I think this app is great and with it being a free app is a huge plus.
