I signed up to use it, found it unhelpful, and deleted it immediately. Despite uninstalling the app, they pushed through a massive $119 renewal charge without clear or conspicuous warning. Charging a consumer $119 for an uninstalled, unutilized application directly violates federal ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act) guidelines regarding explicit informed consent for recurring subscriptions. Refusing to issue a refund for a completely abandoned, deleted service is an unfair business practice under Section 5 of the FTC Act. They lock you into billing traps and refuse to cooperate. Avoid this developer completely. **Developer response:** Hello there and our apologies for the confusion incurred! Uninstalling the app itself does not cancel the subscription (you may still use the same subscription on a different device). That's two different workflows, sorry if this was not obvious! Even if the app is not on your phone already, your subscription must be still on your Apple account. Please check that, if it's there--you can proceed with cancelation and claiming refund. If it's not there or if Apple refuses to refund (they do that sometimes), please email us, it's support@dochub.com. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Stealing its front! Don’t add your card info! *2026-06-17* They stole 153 dollars from me. I paid for a subscription of 12.99. And I when I logged into my banking app, they took 153. **Developer response:** Hello there! Sorry, we do not actually see your account data here, but it looks like you've purchased our annual subscription, not a monthly one. If you want to fix this (change the subscription), please email support@dochub.com. This is totally solvable, no worries. ### 1/5 — Not worth paying for *2026-05-14* I repeatedly have formatting issues. I add a text box to my page, fill it out, and it appears normally on the document until I download a final copy. Once I download the completed copy of my document, the text will shrink down to a minuscule size. The text also rotates vertically. I cannot use any of the documents I edit on this platform because they become unreadable. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about such an unfortunate experience with this app! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Won’t let me sign in *2025-07-09* The DocHub mobile app is currently close to useless for me. I’ve had it downloaded for a while but the app will never sign me in. So I can’t edit and create my own signature requests in the app, I have to use a mobile desktop. However if someone else at my work place sends me a sign request and I open it from my outlook mobile app, I can at least sign the documents in the DocHub app— somehow without signing in… **Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear that! I will not be renewing because it takes SO long to upload a signature. It’s been a full 10 mins and it’s still loading at 94%. I don’t know why anyone would pay for this.
