## What is DocIt?

DocIt is a personal health tracker built specifically to help service members and veterans document medical issues for VA claims, ongoing treatment, and personal records. Anyone can use it, but its structure is designed around what the VA looks for: clear timelines, consistent entries, severity changes, recurrence, and supporting details.

Instead of relying on memory during C&P exams or medical appointments, DocIt gives you a complete, time stamped history of symptoms and episodes. You can record entries in seconds and attach everything the VA or your doctor might ask for: notes, photos, severity, duration, triggers, medications, symptoms, start and end times, and more.

DocIt organizes your records by condition and date so you can show patterns. When it is time for a VA claim, an increase, or a C&P exam, you can export detailed PDF or Excel reports with full documentation. These reports are structured to support nexus letters, DBQs, and discussions with your providers.

Key Features
• Quick entry for symptoms or full episode logging
• Add notes, photos, severity, duration, symptoms, triggers, medications, start time, and end time
• Condition based tracking so patterns, flare ups, and progression are clear
• Filter by condition or date range to focus on specific issues
• Export detailed PDF or Excel reports built for VA claims, C&P exams, and medical visits
• Optional name field for personalized reports
• PIN lock for privacy
• Anonymous cloud backup option without requiring a full user profile

DocIt gives service members and veterans the one thing VA claims often lack: consistent, verifiable documentation. Whether it is migraines, back pain, rashes, joint issues, or anything else, DocIt keeps your history organized and ready to use.

### 5/5 — Super Helpful

*2026-05-11*

I used this to track all my issues before I got out of the military. Being able to quickly track my conditions and episodes with just a few clicks was so helpful. This helped me get to 100% P&T VA disability which is absolutely life changing. Thank you so much!!!!!

### 5/5 — Super simple

*2025-12-14*

Just started using DocIt and honestly it was way easier than I expected. I was able to go back and log older medical stuff by date without everything getting mixed up. That part alone saved me a ton of time. Being able to pick multiple dates for the same entry like back or wrist pain and track them all at once is awesome. I printed a report straight from the app and submitted it as evidence for my VA claim without having to rewrite or explain anything. Helped me easily get my 80%. Gunna go back and log more to try and get 100%

It’s simple, does what it says, and doesn’t feel bloated or confusing like a lot of other apps. Not fancy but gets the job done.
