It has one job to open the door and even that it fails to do. I had to change my entire schedule because of this useless app. Completely unacceptable for a corporate service with zero reliability and zero accountability. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-26, version 4.40.0* App just does not work when I urgently need to access the building. ### 1/5 — Email approval takes forever *2024-06-20, version 4.34.0* I am from kindred and for 6 months noone approves my email so I can not use it and no one is able to help me ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2023-08-01, version 4.27.1* There is nothing worst than being stuck in front of the elevators or your office doors not being able to enter because your digital badge is not reacting. In this day an age I expect that things are thoroughly tested before implementation. It’s a privacy concern to do it. Also, pretty please, create an Apple Watch app. It’s more practical to touch with it than taking the phone out of the pocket.
