## What is Docket?

Docket is a receipt, mileage, and expense tracker for UK sole traders and freelancers.

It helps you turn everyday spending into tidy records for the UK tax year, without making bookkeeping feel bigger than the work itself.

What Docket does

- Scan receipts with on-device OCR.
- Review and correct merchant, date, total, VAT, and category before saving.
- Log manual expenses and business mileage.
- Keep totals organised around the UK tax year, from 6 April to 5 April.
- Export accountant-friendly CSV or PDF summaries.
- Keep records local-first, with iCloud sync available on paid plans.

Built for UK record keeping

Docket is designed around UK-style expense records and the UK tax year. Categories help you organise your records and may need accountant review. Docket helps with record keeping; it is not tax advice.

- Free: up to 15 receipts per month, manual mileage, and CSV export with a free-plan notice.
- Solo Monthly: unlimited receipts, clean CSV/PDF exports, mileage, and iCloud sync.
- Solo Annual: the same features with annual savings.

Trust and privacy

Your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account when sync is enabled. Docket does not require a custom account or backend for the core experience.
