I have received additional Covid shots in 2023 as well as my wife. It is not recorded. Those shots were received at Rite Aid in North Brunswick before the location was closed. Most recently we also received vaccinations for RSV, which was administered at the CVS in North Brunswick. We were told that Docket base would receive the information and update. The app also glitches often and I have to make a new login. Putting light gray text on top of white background makes no sense. Beware. When I tried to use Docket, the results said "no record." The app then referred me to some kind of form which required providing online one's SS# and other personal, identifying info, all of which then becomes very susceptible to financial theft and fraud, since the info is requested "thru the app." When an app refers you to a form which requires additional personal information, it is always wiser to terminate the app and go directly to the state agency before providing any additional information. I think this app is dangerous for that reason. ### 1/5 — Horrid interface *2025-09-19, version 2.2.84* This is a very clunky interface that will respond with “ you have not” then you can’t read the rest of the message.
