Keeps getting worse. Camera needs to go back to original and since the last update it’s making scan the ticket several times before it will accept it. Also I don’t need a picture of the ticket saved to my camera roll.

This company lost credit card information of a customer, refused to reimburse me for lost income due to their glitch, and this app is frequently crashing. I would highly recommend using a different software for logistics.

Even after this new update I can’t save the photos. Still giving me the same issue when I try to save it. Plz fix this app used to work so well

Images required takes like 4-7 times upload to actually save. QR code doesn’t scan. Does not allow me to do a yard drop. Now it doesn’t let me chose the container I am dropping at a new site.

It’s almost too nice to say that I hate this program and the support we receive from the developer. Bugs pop up and their answer is always - wow you must’ve messed that up. I’m capable of messing things up but not every time!!!  Additionally the program doesn’t sync assets and job sites. There is never an alignment between what assets you think you have and what the program shows. I will say that the map feature does have some pretty colors but WHO CARES?
Do yourself a favor and find a different dispatching and routing solution.

The new update seemed to make the app work less efficiently. I have errors completing tasks because it keeps saying I didn’t select dump location when I did

Why can’t the driver rearrange the tasks? To be able arrange them in a way to maximize route would be easier on the driver. Like long hold on a task and slide it to where you need it. Because sometimes whoever assigns them doesn’t know what a map looks like.

Last update it stopped adding the time together on the pay period. It used to have the day’s time and the week’s time but now both boxes have the same time each day. It’d be nice to allow drivers to rearrange tasks.

I don’t need images saved from docket into my camera roll. IT was good a few months ago. Every time y’all update it then something else is screwed up.

Works well when driving! (On IPhone and IPad.) Very simple but lots you can do on it and can go back and change things if needed. Adding images is easy! Great APP. Kings- Operations Manager and Driver.
