## What is DockIQ Dealer?

Smart Dock Management for Dock Dealers

Dock IQ Dealer App alerts Dealers when customer docks need to be moved in or out according to water level thresholds set for each dock.  It also provides video viewing remotely allowing for efficient management of hundreds of docks.

Eliminating wasteful dock visits, customers’ docks are equipped with depth sensors that communicate with both the Dealer and Dock Owner Apps, sending alerts when water levels fluctuate.  Dock dealers can access the video camera on each dock, to see the shoreline, ramp positions, and personal assets. The Dealer can contact the Owner or the Owner can contact the Dealer and request a move via the App.  
The Dealer App provides a list of all their customer docks and the telemetry of each, showing which docks need to be moved, and the status of previously moved docks.  Click on any customer name, and instantly see the water depth at that dock, the water temperature, and access the video camera.  It also shows GPS mapping of the dock’s exact location and provides alerts if the dock moves from its “home” position.
Dealers’ employees can also get the App with different levels of authorization. With it they can respond to dock move requests and update the progress of each move.  A dealer can add or delete employees, and assign different permissions for them to use the App.
Automatic Billing - each dealer can set the price for dock moves per customer and Dock IQ will automatically charge the customer via credit card when the dock move is complete. A receipt is provided to the customer and funds are transferred to the Dock Dealer’s account, all via the DockIQ Dealer App.
