毎日電話させられる人の気持ちになって、対応をコンパクトにして欲しい。
いちいち、業務前か後か確認しないで欲しい。申請がおかしい時だけ確認する等の対応をなぜしないのか。

だらだら話しかけてこなくて良い。
電話出るまでめっちゃ待たされる。
