Auch liest das Programm die Dokumente nicht aus. So ist es einfach nur ein Programm in dem alle Dokumente aufbewahrt sind ohne die Möglichkeit etwas zu sortieren. Und dafür ist es doch echt zu teuer. We are sorry in case something was misunderstood or the need of an email address for account creation upset you. ### 5/5 — Besser als erwartet *2024-02-09, version 1.42.45* Ich nutze Docomondo privat, um Rechnungen, Bedienungsanleitung oder steuerliche Unterlagen abzulegen. Die volle Anzahl der Sterne dafür dass das bisher reibungslos klappt, das Auffinden bisher immer problemlos war und insbesondere dafür, dass das Einscannen mit dem Handy absolut super Ergebnisse liefert. Dazu die OCR Schrifterkennung, die mich ebenfalls völlig überzeugt hat. Zuletzt Kontakt mit dem Support gehabt und anstelle einer kurzen Standardantwort eine ausformulierte Antwort auf jede meiner Fragen erhalten, persönlich und ohne Texbausteine, wow. Hier fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben Macht weiter so ### 5/5 — Doumentenverwaltung auf einfach *2024-01-21, version 1.42.12* Mit docomondo verwalte ich alle meine Dokumente. Die Anwendung ist einfach und klar, die Dokumente sind leicht wiederzufinden. Die Benutzerfühgrung ist ausgereift und ich bin sicher, dass alle Anforderungen die eine Person, ein kleines oder Mittleres Unternehmen damit professionell seine Dokumente verwalten kann. ### 1/5 — Leider kann man nicht genau sehen wie man Kündigen kann *2023-03-13, version 1.41.3* Das ist nicht das was ich mir vorgestellt habe. This gives every user the chance to try our premium package for free and experience its benefits. In order to start the trial, you therefore need an account. However, we also offer a free version of our app to all users. In order to use the free version all you have to do is create an account. You will automatically be in our free version then. Rechnungen im Ordner ablegen war einmal. Jetzt: Foto, ab in den Schuhkarton.Alle Belege sind durch Texterkennung sofort abrufbar. Besser geht es nicht! Nachtrag: Ich arbeite jetzt > 2 Jahre mit der App. Suche bei Steuererklärungen: Alles sofort sichtbar (steuerrelevant). Nachwievor die beste, praktische App. Kein Spielkram! Claus Harder ### 3/5 — Synchronisation geht nicht *2022-04-14, version 1.39.3* Das ist für mich sehr wichtig und das muss funktionieren. Leider gibt es nur eine Zoom Größe auf iMac das ist zu wenig. Ich möchte ein Dokument auf dem iPhone auf drehen damit man besser lesen kann. Es gibt auch noch die ältere Generation und die haben keine Adleraugen. ### 5/5 — Top Support, und klasse APP *2022-03-01, version 1.38.3* Ich bin auf die App gekommen, da ich eine APP suchte die auf allen Endgeräten (Apple) funktioniert und meinen Cloudstprage nutzt. Da sind dann nicht mehr viele übrig, die Verschlüsselung macht ebenfalls einen sehr guten Eindruck. 2 Faktor kein Problem, Touch und FaceID auch kein Problem Jetzt auch endlich mit Massenexport, nun fehlen mit nur noch der Massenimport :) Tolles App !
