Waited over four hours and when it was finally my turn it beeped and disconnected. Customer service was not helpful.
Update. I’ve now waited a total of 7 hours. Still haven’t been seen

This was our first experience with the app and the doctor
Was very polite helpful and asked appropriate questions. This helped us not to have to go out to the clinic. Thanks I give you ten out of ten. Earl Dethloff RN

Waited 20 min, when it was my turn I was disconnected. Tried a 2nd time, Waited 45 min and was disconnected when it was my turn. I have given up after an hour. Now I’m calling my dr. There is no customer service number available within the app or even here. Reviews are not visible to learn if others had a similar experience or to offer any suggestions on how to fix it.
