One example is the ability to change type colours and styles in xls spreadsheets - another is gremlins in formulating some functions. Since downloading iOS 17 on 20th Sep 23, the App no longer opens xls files. There is no longer any support for this App. I do not recommend this App for use with iPhone. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend it to anyone. That said, I recently downloaded this app on a new iPhone 14. When I launch it it goes to a overlay screen saying I have to purchase (or have) DTG Premium and thats as far as I can get. I used to have DTG Premium but of course that app was discontinued a couple years ago. I have not read all the information concerning this app ios app and will eventually contact support but wanted to put this out here first. Then all of a sudden it wouldn't connect. It shows I only have Standard version. I asked for support but no help. I gave them all the details, including the registration #, but they didn't get it working for me, did not re-activate my registration#, and no offer of refund. Somewhere in the process I lost most of the files on the device. Fortunately they are still on the computer. So now it's only good for local documents on the mobile. The product was good when it worked, but it doesn’t seem like a reputable company.
