Update: I did correct the issue with the app developers and they have been extremely helpful. They found it saves patient protected health information to the internet. I wanted to give this app another chance but I cant. I absolutely love this app/program!! The applicability, the simplicity, the ease of use and realtime updates to my care team, all while being HIPPA compliant is phenomenal!! We have limited our practice trial to only 1 doc and so far have limited the implementation w. select members of the care team but this is going so well that we will soon evolve this trial to mainstream. I am anxious to start working on our next implementation phase. Also, a huge compliment to the entire team at DocSpera for the easy to use instruction sets, YouTube videos and quick support. You guys are awesome!! I don't think I would keep my schedule any other way. Last, I do a fair bit of team coverage for athletic teams. Connecting w. the athletic trainers is a breeze, they love the realtime interaction and hippa compliance as well. Grand Slam!! Keep up the good work.
