### 1/5 — Not HIPAA compliant?

We've been told this app isnt HIPAA compliant. Our I.T. dept. wont allow us to run it. They found it saves patient protected health information to the internet. I wanted to give this app another chance but I cant. Pls FIX.

Half the time I will not get notified that I have a message even if I have my phone’s notification settings turned on for this app. Also, if I log out of docspera, I am frequently unable to log back in due to having “no internet connection” despite being on Wi-Fi and having full Internet service. 

Update: I did correct the issue with the app developers and they have been extremely helpful. Hoping things will continue to run smoothly

The calendar and scheduling works great and now with the ICD/CPT lookup it makes billing so much easier. The Messaging is also great and you can even attach DICOM files from your cabinet and view them.

I am typically a harsh critic...I have no complaints with this app/ solution. I absolutely love this app/program!! The applicability, the simplicity, the ease of use and realtime updates to my care team, all while being HIPPA compliant is phenomenal!! We have limited our practice trial to only 1 doc and so far have limited the implementation w. select members of the care team but this is going so well that we will soon evolve this trial to mainstream. I am anxious to start working on our next implementation phase.  Also, a huge compliment to the entire team at DocSpera for the easy to use instruction sets, YouTube videos and quick support. You guys are awesome!! I don't think I would keep my schedule any other way. 
Last, I do a fair bit of team coverage for athletic teams. Connecting w. the athletic trainers is a breeze, they love the realtime interaction and hippa compliance as well. 
Grand Slam!! Keep up the good work. 
Best under-recognized app on the market for keep busy docs organized. A true hidden gem.

Tired of voicemail. This lets me talk with medical device makers quickly, in between rounds, but fully encrypted and secure. Love it.
