Арендовал квартиру заграницей, а договор на английском. Переводить и проверять все это было лень, если честно. Это приложение справилось. И хорошо, что проверил. В договоре было указано, что залог за квартиру может быть не возвращен, если арендодателя не устроит качество возвращаемого помещения. То есть не просто повреждения фактические, а просто мнение хозяина. Так что договор поправили после проверки и всё хорошо.
