### 5/5 — AMAZING

*2022-11-28, version 42.2.0*

Absolutely wonderful experience so far and doctors are awsome and very understanding and made me feel like I am a person not just another sick patient

### 5/5 — Great alternative to urgent care

*2022-11-09, version 41.0.0*

Easy to use the app and convenient. Have your current prescriptions on hand as well as Covid vaccine history to save time.

### 5/5 — Fast

*2022-11-04, version 41.0.0*

The entire process took 20 minutes or less. Making an account, answering symptom questions, and getting a diagnoses and treatment plan. I was a bit nervous but everything turned out fine.
I will be using again for the days I am not able to make it to a doctors office.

### 5/5 — Amazing care!!

*2022-10-12, version 39.0.0*

My wife and I are both suffering from a severe sinus infection as well as our 3 month old daughter. The providers were extremely fast and responsive. Even with our daughter not being able to get care through the app (too young), they gave us options for providers in our area and in our network.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-10-10, version 39.0.0*

When I couldn’t get any available appointments at any urgent care near me, I remembered I could do this all digitally! In less than 10 minutes I logged my symptoms, got a message from the provider with my diagnosis and medications and was able to immediately send them to my pharmacy of choice. This was so easy to deal with when you’re not feeling well.

### 5/5 — Services

*2022-09-29, version 38.0.0*

Super happy with the service

### 5/5 — Fast, reliable, professional

*2022-09-07, version 37.0.0*

More convenient than going to urgent care. At a cheaper price, you can get the same thing with walk-in urgent care.

### 5/5 — Easy & efficient

*2022-09-06, version 37.0.0*

Great questions and quick response

### 2/5 — Good Idea, Big Fail

*2022-09-01, version 37.0.0*

There is no communication between you and the doctor. When dealing with a condition I’ve had my entire life, I didn’t want to go through the painstaking gambit of trying new prescriptions until I arrive at the one that works. The doctor ignored my notes, and gave me insufficient assistance. I deleted my account. Healthcare in this country needs a complete overhaul.

### 5/5 — Better than I could expect

*2022-08-17, version 35.0.0*

I’m so glad I get to use this service for free through my insurance. The visits are free, virtual, straight to the point, and the response time is super quick. You can do an appointment any time and get a prescription literally the same day. I did a visit, got a prescription in less than an hour, and then my prescription was ready not even a couple hours later. This is way more efficient and even cheaper than actually going in person to the doctor for most general visits. Great service and app!

### 5/5 — Docsquad is amazing

*2022-08-17, version 35.0.0*

I just got back from a trip and started feeling bad. Took a Covid test and tested positive. Decided to give the app a try and there was an option for paxlovid. In less than 10 minutes, I answered questions, uploaded a copy of my Covid test, and had a care plan. Here’s to hoping paxlovid helps! Thanks DocSquad!

### 5/5 — Best doctor visit ever

*2022-08-16, version 35.0.0*

After going through insurance changes that switched my provider 3 days before I was to go out of town for a week I was left stranded without medication for blood pressure. Using the app I was able to get a visit and get refills sent before I even left the doctors office parking lot. Thank you for the ability to enjoy my week away without worry that I’ll end up BACK in hospital with blood pressure issues.

### 5/5 — Almost too good to be true

*2022-08-14, version 35.0.0*

I’m currently between providers after my previous doctor stopped seeing patients. The doctor I’ve selected to receive care from moving forward won’t be able to see me until November. Meanwhile, I needed to renew my prescriptions for chronic diagnoses. After wrestling with the previous AND future clinics for more than three days about my medical history, dosage, blah blah blah, and waiting on hold for SO LONG each day while at work, a friend recommended this service. After filling out an easy survey and providing some evidence of my current prescriptions with a quick photo, a doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy where it was ready in less than an hour. I still haven’t even heard back from the clinics and now they’re closed for the weekend. I would have been in big trouble without these meds. Love how simple and accessible this was- definitely not the norm in healthcare, especially with the current staffing shortages and other strains on the system.

### 5/5 — Good service

*2022-08-13, version 35.0.0*

Great service , One of the best

### 5/5 — Fast and convenient

*2022-08-13, version 35.0.0*

Definitely recommend. It explains each step of the process thoroughly. The questionnaire and Dr response took a total of 10 minutes.

### 5/5 — The Best!

*2022-08-10, version 35.0.0*

Was quick, easy and way faster than a trip to an urgent care! Thank you!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Had technical difficulties so they refused treatment

*2023-06-29, version 52.1.0*

I tried this out but I was having problems with the internet so I closed out of it. They then canceled my treatment without giving me a change to retry it. Waste of time.

### 1/5 — I don’t have sinus issue

*2022-11-25, version 42.2.0*

I don’t have sinus issue.. someone needs to call me

### 1/5 — Lazy Doctors. If that’s what they really are

*2022-10-06, version 39.0.0*

Yeah, poor lazy doctors if that what they use at all. Most tend to be NP. Either way this entire tel-health is supposed to save time money and what not. But it is a joke I work around a lot of grease so I get Demodex sometimes. Put cream on and take antibiotics for a few days all good simple can be verified with FaceTime visit. No this lazy hack, says I need to go to urgent care and they are the absolute worse, I will just have to go and waste a real dr time at ER. Is it not was this was supposed to free up visits like that. I will very much make sure I don’t waste money on my insurance when it renews. By the way non of the meds were controlled substance in fact the OTC is not much behind scripts. They just work quicker. But don’t waste your money with using this app. Best of luck getting the refund they tell you they are sending you as well. If they say they treat skin conditions as they have a entire area for this YOU THINK THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY DO AS THEY SAY.

Don’t waste time or money…..

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2022-07-28, version 34.0.0*

First time using DocSquad app and it mentioned first-time use is zero co-pay. Months later which is today received form mail that I owe DocSquad co-pay. I will never use this again. To me I feel this is not being upfront.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2022-07-20, version 33.0.0*

Navigation in the app is futile. I couldn’t address a simple cat bite with it. Who comes up with this utter crap? Don’t bother. Not worth the time it takes to set up an account.

### 1/5 — Creating an account

*2022-07-19, version 33.0.0*

The application won’t let me create an w

### 1/5 — Can’t create account, no support to help

*2022-07-12, version 33.0.0*

I tried to create an account, but after I put in my email and password, the Create button is hidden by the keyboard, and there’s no way to get to it. The website has zero support email or chat. Useless.

### 1/5 — I can’t get it to work period

*2022-07-11, version 33.0.0*

It keeps telling me it’s sending me a 6 digit code, but it never goes. FRUSTRATING

### 1/5 — Do not recommend

*2022-05-22, version 29.0.0*

Worst experience ever for a virtual medical provider.
After I ask for medicine for my symptoms they would not respond and turned of messages for me to respond!!

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2022-01-10, version 20.0.0*

No one will ever help you, you will only be routed to an urgent care or to call your doctor because it’s beyond what they can do, and don’t bother with the video virtual visit no one ever came to my virtual visit.
I wasted my time, I ended up at a walk-in clinic which I have to pay out of pocket because my pcp won’t see me until 2 weeks, and by then I am either dead or I am well.
So that’s the only reason why I downloaded the app😔

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Terrible customer service

*2023-01-27, version 46.0.0*

Doctor initially called in two separate Scripps for the wrong number of days after seven phone calls to DocSquad, and seven phone calls to the pharmacy. Things still aren’t fixed. Doctor wrote a 30 day supply instead of 90,it’s extremely difficult to get it fixed to where it should be a 90 day supply after speaking to six different representatives from Doc squad none of which understood a thing I said it still isn’t fixed.

### 5/5 — Amazing and Convienent

*2023-01-23, version 46.0.0*

It’s 6:42 in the morning. My son woke up with pink eye and I was able to get him treated with DocSquad in under 10 minutes without leaving the house! I even spoke to the nurse practitioner on the phone. The medicine is waiting for me at the pharmacy and I’ll pick it up after I take my other son to school.

DocSquad literally saved me HOURS of inconvenience, and I did it all while I made breakfast for the kids!

### 5/5 — New user

*2023-01-06, version 44.2.0*

I like it, I will keep using it.
When refills are needed, it does not accommodate for more than one. Unless I did not used it correctly?

### 5/5 — Help Finally!

*2022-12-30, version 44.2.0*

Got a nasty chest cough 3 weeks ago. The week before Christmas I was exposed to several students with the flu. It’s been a week and my chest and sinuses are still extremely congested. Mucus is dark yellow in my nose and green in chest. I’ve done everything like elderberry, Emergen-C, guafinesin, Allegra, Tylenol cold & flu with nothing helping. Went to my urgent care 5 days ago but they advised that they no longer take my insurance. I’ve spent the last 4 days trying my best to still rest and drink fluids with humidifier and vitamins but I’m not better. I was able to do a clinical interview with DocSquad and get the antibiotics that I need. Can’t wait to feel better.

### 5/5 — DocSquad

*2022-12-22, version 44.0.0*

Great App for when there is not enough time to get to the doctor or your doctor can’t see you but your not feeling well.

### 5/5 — Excelente forma de atención médica

*2022-12-18, version 44.0.0*

La he usado 2 veces y rápidamente un médico me atiende y receta

### 5/5 — I don't do reviews!

*2022-12-17, version 44.0.0*

I don't think I've ever done a review on an app in my life. However, this app is amazing. I didn't have to wait til 24-48 hours to get my case reviewed or get on a video call (I look terrible when I feel unwell, I don't want to be seen like this!). I submitted my interview questions and got a treatment plan within 10 minutes. BEST decision I've made. & wonderfully priced!

### 5/5 — Doc squad health care

*2022-12-15, version 44.0.0*

Doc squad has been lifesaver today me as far as not having to take time off work or family to get a medication that helps me get rid of my gout

### 5/5 — Sick of waiting in ER

*2022-12-07, version 43.0.0*

Hi I was going to ER cuz have issues longer than a week and not getting better but my daughter who uses doc squad told me to use and sent me link I’m so glad I did ,the NP took care of my medical issues and sent scripts to pharmacy of my choice, only cost me $ 25.00, it’s worth it for your health. I trust them, God bless this service for people who can’t get up and go sit for hours at doctors office or wait for appointments weeks ahead or worse the ER. Thank you Doc Squad.
