### 1/5 — update for iOS8 crashes…a lot.

Everytime I try to discharge a patient the program crashes. Followed the support links on iTunes and there was no clear way to report bugs on the DocTalk website.

After three years of no updates it is disappointing that the first update fixes none of horrible work flow for billing patients and introduces fresh bugs that make this poor product even more difficult to use.

I am part of a large nephrology group and we have been using this program on our phones to charge our inpatient and dialysis visits. Works extremely well. They have saved us lot of $$ by improving efficiency in billing. You will be able bill accurately with right diagnosis. Searches pt info and diagnosis well. Excellent tool to give weekend sign out .  Typically private groups loose money by trusting a secretary to enter the billing and because of medical knowledge sometimes either they don’t enter the charges or using incorrect codes or Dx. Worth monthly charges

Initially, we weren't sure our charge capture needs could be supported by mobile apps, until we realized the power of DocTalk.    As a practice with a lot of administrative needs, our clinical and support staff alike have been hugely impressed with the functionality and efficiency of this product.  Our most pressing concern of usage surrounded transition and full implementation, but the team at DocTalk were very impressive.  With almost no transition burden, this product and team have greatly exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend!!!  Great product coupled with unmatched support.

Being able to use DocTalk on the iPhone is an added bonus to an already great product.

This program is a great addition to DocTalk's already proven web portal access. It's very intuitive and fast. This application eliminates the phone and connectivity issues we had with other PDA devices and internet service. On top of that it’s a great phone.
