We have been using the DOCTOC app and their digital answering service for over three years for our cardiology practice. It handles calls flawlessly at our multiple locations in addition to many of its user friendly and valuable features. We are particularly impressed with its ability to handle our very complicated STEMI call protocol, with multiple providers and hospitals, even better than the traditional answering service. Also their customer service is excellent.
