For weeks, doctorlib.fr has done nothing.               I can’t make my RDV’s.    Doctorlib’s is               “We’re sorry. Something went wrong. Our technical team has been notified.”

Maybe notified, but nothing to find it. I have severe pain and can’t make a RDV because of Doctorlib.fr.

Bonjour,

L’appli est exceptionnelle et tout le système qui gravite autour labo/médecins/rappel/échange de documents …

Une amélioration importante est à amener :
Pour certain spécialiste, la prise de rendez vous se fait à l’année car il s’agit de suivi … annuel…
Mon spécialiste orthopédiste avait déjà réussi à faire ouvrir son calendrier sur 6 mois sur l’appli, mais là son système est repassé sur 4 mois et il n’a pas eu de réponse de votre part. Pourriez-vous rendre plus simple cette possibilité d’ouvrir le calendrier de résa sur des périodes plus longues. Les spécialistes et les patients en ont besoins pour des pathologies à suivre sur le long terme. 
Deuxième point, je viens de me faire bloquer pour prendre un rdv chirurgien dentiste/orthodontiste avec deux praticiens différents car ce n’est pas la même spécialité. Le problème vient certes que l’orthodontiste est déclarée comme chirurgien dentiste et non orthodontiste. Mais un simple warning comme c’était le cas avant cette mise à jour suffit => là je suis bloqué et je dois contourner cette feature avec un tips que je ne révélerai pas, en attendant que mon orthodontiste ne change son intitulé.
