DOCTOR - Display of Objects Circulating in Terrestrial Orbits
a small tool which visualize a Space Debris Population.

DOCTOR shows a representative space debris environment for objects larger than 1 cm in diameter. It is not a visualisation of the assumed reality, but rather provides a basic impression of the space debris enviroment. The different colors of the objects are part of a color code:
red    -> operational payload
green  -> Mission related debris
yellow -> rocket bodies
blue   -> explosion fragments
white  -> collision fragments
grey   -> SRM slag particles
orange -> Multi-layer insulation

Interesting presentation, but the legend (which colors mean what) is not available inside the app and the fact that you have to double tap on an object to see its orbit (which is a cool feature) is not explained.  When they get around to labeling the payload objects (NASA used to have JAVA tool that did that), this will be really great.
