We used the app to book a video appointment. We were able to get an appointment the same day, within a few hours. We logged in and had a brilliant doctor (Diana) who used video chat to support us. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved our concerns. Couldn’t recommend enough. ### 5/5 — Worked for us quickly and efficiently *2023-06-08, version 1.3* Once logged in and request made our phone call was received within the hour. Diagnosis was quick and next steps were explained. Online prescription sent to us on the app. Only criticism is the app isn’t easy to navigate and it took me an age to find the prescription, but once I did it was easy. You have to look under the details of the person you called for. There’s a section detailing the outcome of the phone/video call - it was in there. I visited the local pharmacy who gave me their email address. I emailed the prescription to them there and then, and the prescription was duly filled.
