No doctors ever available. Even the support Chat is still pending reply days later. Deleting app. Don’t bother. You talk to no one. When I arrived the airport, there was no staff helping with testing and I was informed to go to departure platform for testing, which was impossible for me before I have testing done and go through the custom. I contacted the support right away through the app and requested for refund since it was BP Labs failed to provide service. However, all I received is ignorance. After going through many different channels, hotlines, BP labs store, app live chat support, WhatsApp support, all I received were no answer, no reply, no response. After one month passes, I still didn’t receive any reply and refund.
