Worked well and could bulk bill. However, just found the format a little difficult. Needs some improvement on the design. I didn’t know once I entered the waiting room if I was in line or not? I thought the timer was a countdown to click a dr and not the actual consults happening. As I was in the waiting room I got a call from the Dr. They were also super lovely. Hope you are paying them well. Regards, Arminah ### 5/5 — Great doctors *2022-10-12, version 1.2* I downloaded this app somewhat sceptical, and went straight to the reviews and thought for $39ish bucks I’ll give it a go. This is amazing, I was on the phone to a doctor within 15 minutes. A quick few questions and script was organised, and emailed to me, fantastic when I travel a lot with work and quite often aren’t home to see my local doctor. AND didn’t have to sit around at a doctor practice for hours on end waiting. I would recommend this service highly. I can really see the benefits of this service. Thank you doctorai ❤️ ### 1/5 — Wrong diagnosis *2022-10-11, version 1.2* Fortunately I saw my own doctor 2 days later as he got it wrong ### 1/5 — Terrible and High Risk as Covid Service Provider *2022-08-21, version 1.2* Referred to this provider by National Coronavirus Helpline. No one to answer the phone number given and instead a voicemail with poor audio quality advises callers to download this app. App downloaded but unable to register within the app. Next screen advises that Doctor AI is “closed” even though their website and the National Coronavirus Helpline both advise hours as 6am to midnight. Contact is offered but WhatsApp must be downloaded first. So I downloaded WhatsApp and sent message which received auto reply that the WhatsApp contact is for Admin only and is also closed. In short, this critical coronavirus health service is broken. Appalling. ### 1/5 — Waited 80 minutes, no doctor *2022-07-13, version 1.2* This app does not seem legitimate. I was in the waiting room for 80 minutes, at the front of the queue. No communication about how long the wait time would be. Finally I gave up and exited the room and the app and immediately after exiting I received a call from a man who immediately asked me about a payment. Bizarre experience. ### 5/5 — Simple and Easy to Use *2022-05-13, version 1.2* At first I wasn’t sure if this app was legit because it sounded too good to be true, but as soon as I talked to Dr Ang I was immediately put at ease. Overall wait time was maybe 10-15 mins. You don’t know where you are in the queue but you can see the other consults happening in the waiting room. The consult over the phone was easy, I had my prescription and medical certificate emailed to me straight away. Was so good being able to do it all in the comfort of my home. Will definitely use this service again. Price is affordable. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Good for renewing referrals *2022-04-30, version 1.2* Have used this app a couple of times in the last 2 years to renew my referral for my psychiatrist (for Medicare benefits) as my GP is usually busy when I am free. Cost me 35 bucks and only had to wait like 20 minutes for a phone call that lasted 5 minutes. Takes a lot of the hassle out of planning and going to the doctors. ### 5/5 — AMAZING!!! *2022-03-24, version 1.2* needed a consult for my 11 month old daughter after hours to get a script- took 15 minutes for a doctor to call me. I barely waited 5 minutes on 27th Dec (crazy Xmas period) and the lovely Dr Ang rang me on my mobile. He listened to my concerns about my baby and emailed me a specialist referral no more than 5-10minutes from our phone-call. You cannot get service any more efficient than this. An appointment costs ~$40. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-08-02, version 1.3.2* Will happily prescribe you ongoing medication, but no repeats so you have to come back each month so they keep getting paid. They don’t keep medical records so they have no records of what they’ve previously prescribed you. Regularly tell you to go visit a local gp to get another prescription and lie and say they can’t prescribe that and never could because they’re biased on age factors such as 30 being too young for sexual health issues. still collect the appointment fee. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-06-22, version 1.3.1* Called to get a script for anti virals as no GP would see you with Covid, was on the phone for all of 30 seconds just for them to send me a private script for a medication that’s on the PBS (I do have Medicare). Not going to pay $1000+ so I’m basically right where I was before the phone call, just more angry. Don’t use them, waste of time and energy. ### 1/5 — Useless service *2023-05-23, version 1.3.1* Absolute useless service that makes you wait hours just to not be contacted, way overcharges, and has absolutely no communication to its clients besides a countdown of how long you’ve been waiting. Nobody waste your time on this absolute scam of a service ### 1/5 — Rude and Unprofessional *2023-03-11, version 1.3.1* I was literally on the phone with the doctor for 2 seconds and didn’t even get to say what I was there for and the doctor CUT ME OFF TO TELL ME THEY DONT PRESCRIBE BENZOS WHEN THAT WASNT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WAS THERE FOR!!!! And then when I told the doctor I found it what he had just done was rude he HUNG UP and then the app keeps cancelling my appointments. Really professional for a Telehealth doctor service. I will be getting the doctors name and reporting him but really disgusting treatment and now I can’t get a script for my mood stabilisers which I’ll become really sick without taking. ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend *2023-03-06, version 1.3.1* Tried to get HRT because I can’t get a GP appointment for months where I live. Have to guess everything with this app and contact avenues don’t respond. Now you get an idiot who makes money telling you that you need to see a doctor in person and he cannot help you. This has happened several times. Hope he enjoys the cash ### 1/5 — Deleted without completing booking *2022-12-15, version 1.3* I am far too sceptical to use this app. It asks for way too much information before speaking to a GP. There is no reason a iPhone app requires my medical information. It’s confusing to immediately know where to click to book an appointment. The developer has. It made it easy to fill in these details. No auto fill of information. The keyboards that appear for each box do not match the context (no T9 numeric keyboard for entering phone number or medicate number; no ability to add “,” or “/“ when interning address when you have a unit number). The input for DOB was very sloppy and the keyboard does not disappear after, making confirming the input far too difficult. This poor UX and UI did not inspire confidence in the quality of app development — which does not bode well for the security of my medical details on file. Oh and the app randomly crashes on my new iPhone. Sorry but this equals a straight up delete from me ### 1/5 — Worst *2022-10-11, version 1.2* Please don’t waste your money. I needed a script and it was a Saturday morning. I only had to wait approximately ½ hour as I had an updated list of how many appts were in front of me. I give this service a big thumbs up for the ease, cost and efficiency. Seriously the App itself is not that great and has no nice navigation and just force closes the app when you go back from certain screens, but the service WORKS! I got a GP referral in a few minutes from a really nice Dr Hasdell calling me directly via phone.
