The rendered document was completely useless and terribly translated. Will not use EVER again. Complete waste of money ### 1/5 — This is a scam! *2024-02-22* They charged me a one time fee of $9.99 for initial setup. They charged me another $1.99 to translate a document. When I uploaded the document to be translated an error message popped up. There is no email or phone number to reach this scam artist‼️🤬 ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend *2023-12-11* I paid once for this service and now they are charging me every month. I did not take any subscriptions . I deleted my account but they still charged me. No email, no phone. I don’t know how to contact this scammer and take my money back. ### 1/5 — Wow *2023-10-07* Charged me then when came time to translate it said document not supported. If document is not supported it should state so before payment. ### 1/5 — Way Over Priced *2022-06-03, version 1.1* It’s a great concept however $10 to translate a 2 page document form Spanish to English is way over priced. Especially when there are FREE apps that can do it via the camera. I wouldn’t mind paying a few dollars but like I said earlier $10 is way over priced. **Developer response:** Great review.
