So disappointing to start watching one of the documentaries and it is super poor quality and the playback stops about every 10 seconds. Tried to get a refund as I had gotten a full year thinking it was a good deal. NOT a deal at all…more like an ordeal. The videos stop streaming suddenly whilst voice carries on. You can never restart from where you left. The downloads do not work offline. They start to disappear from “download” section, once your try to play them. But I never was satisfied with the audio quality or the application features…! I think the interface can be updated or bugs can be fixed…! But I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️ why the team is not working on it..! When I came here to write a review the first review what I saw was also telling the same what I wanted to say but more than a year back …! When I went back in 2 days later, I was asked to pay for a subscription. When I contacted customer support (through What’s App), I was told that they had no record of the payment and asked me to provide transaction details. Thought of subscribing but the app doesn’t have a 2FA, which is a gold standard for account security. It's respond after few seconds and one cannot cancel. 2ndly if you have two video download you cannot play neither of them.
