DOCUframe® is the all-round information and communications platform to fulfil all document management- and CRM-needs of your enterprise.
 
DOCUframe® contains all the functionalities for your communications such as e-mail, fax, SMS, mobile client and telephony in addition to all CRM and archival functionalities in one system. Whether revision-safe long-term archiving, individual customer approach by modern communication-mediums or specific options of analysis in the sense of a sophisticated Business-Intelligence functionality - with DOCUframe® all the requirements of medium-sized companies on a DMS- as well as on a CRM-system, are fulfilled. DOCUframe® can be easily integrated into any existing IT infrastructure.

In DOCUframe® the address and document management provide the basis for the care of customer relations. Each incoming document, e.g. e-mail or fax, is automatically assigned to the specific customer. In this way the employees need much less manual effort. The assigned documents in addition to the collected customer data form the basis for the individual customer approach as well as for analyses and reports.
 
In addition to the CRM and DMS functionalities, DOCUframe® bundles many further functions within the same application. Project-administration, campaign- and event-management, workflow- and process-management and time recording are further topics, which can be covered by the employment of DOCUframe®.
 
DOCUframe® helps you to save costs. Our own macro programming language DOCUcontrol® enables you to represent and optimise all in-house processes and operational sequences across industries within the shortest amount of time. Custom adjustments or extensions are simply and cost effectively implemented with DOCUcontrol®. With version change or updates all user specific adjustments are 100% preserved. Beim Teilen von Dokumenten aus Drittanbieter-Apps hängt sich Docuframe einfach auf, hier wäre dringend Nachbesserung nötig!

Stabiles, schneller Remotezugriff auf alle Daten.  Große Datenmengen sind kein Problem. Sehr schnelle Volltextsuche. 
UX ist aber definitiv noch ausbaufähig!

eMails und Termine werden beim weiterleiten dupliziert.. eMail Formular stürzt immer ab 🙄 alle Fehler sind seit Monaten! bekannt.. Update hat keines der Probleme behoben.. Support Site des Herstellers nicht erreichbar - nicht mal ein Stern verdient 🤯

Die App ist und bleibt eine Fars! Von wegen irgendwas behoben! App schließt sich, Naja und die Rezensionen ließt eh keiner! Naja daran sieht man wo bei denen die Prioritäten liegen, Hauptsache mal irgendwas auf den Markt geschmissen! Muss ja nicht funktionieren!
