## What is Documents (MMS)?

Met Documents (MMS) kunt u altijd en overal over uw belangrijke documenten (protocollen, instructies, procedures etc.) beschikken om risico’s in het werk af te dekken. U kunt op een snelle en gebruikersvriendelijke wijze belangrijke documenten raadplegen. Het beheer via geprinte versies en overbodige beheersmatige (handmatige) handelingen wordt hiermee geëlimineerd.

Functionaliteiten:
• Login: aanmelden op het MMS met gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord.
• Meer: mededelingen, laatst/meest bekeken informatie, favorieten/snelkoppelingen.
• Navigeren: navigeren door de boomstructuur/inhoud
• Online Zoeken: zoeken door het systeem en het oproepen van de gevonden inhoud
• Offline zoeken: zoeken door het systeem en het oproepen van de gevonden inhoud die aanwezig is op de smartphone/ tablet
• Meertalig: de app ondersteund meerdere talen

Offline gebruik
Als de gebruiker geen internet heeft dan wordt dit door de app gedetecteerd; hierna staat de app automatisch in offline modus. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat navigatie wordt aangepast en zoeken wordt beperkt tot de offline beschikbare content (een gelimiteerde hoeveelheid, bekeken vanuit performance en mogelijkheden beperkt).
