For airlines using Vistair's acclaimed industry leading Flight Operations Technical Publications service, this is the iPad application that you can deploy to your crew to enable them to access their flight operations manuals offline. *This app requires your airline to have a DocuNet contract with Vistair to function in an operational environment* Functionality includes tabbed, multi-document viewing, fast intelligent searching across your manual library with highlighted results, bookmarking, MSN/audience filtering and Layers for applicable manuals and access to your latest manuals of all manufacturers including Boeing and Airbus from the Vistair technical publications service. Updates are delivered directly to your iPad. Simple to use and navigate, its quick access and elegant design gives you access to your manual library wherever you are. There’s also a bug whereby selecting a search result will result in a completely different page loading and the link has to be reselected. Much improvement needed! ### 1/5 — Disappointing update *2025-10-27, version 4.8.3* Everything was fine, then came 4.8.3. ### 3/5 — Its ok *2024-11-20, version 4.8.3* Dark mode needs a overhaul. It makes pictures all weird. And it should make a widget for like favorites or bookmarks to find and use easily. ### 2/5 — Great before the update. *2024-07-11, version 4.8.3* The app was very useful for certain tasks but not having the ability to collapse the side library is really inconvenient. It means that the text for any document is Quite small, Not centralised and Not the main focus. No longer *2024-03-24, version 4.8* The app does not work on an M1 Mac. It used to wok fine, and I know how easy it is to get working on an M1. Shame you have not chosen to do this. ### 1/5 — iPad vs Macbook *2024-03-11, version 4.8* The app is clunky but works acceptably for iPad. All highlights are recorded and included with any bookmarks under annotations, making it difficult to differentiate bookmarks from passage highlights. Attempting to use the app on a Macbook is useless. Application crashes instantly upon launch. ### 2/5 — Freezes *2024-01-02, version 4.7.1* Freezes annoyingly for 5+ seconds every second you open the app, even if it’s already open and you just momentarily switch to another app and back. ⏳ ### 3/5 — App hangs for 4 seconds every time before any actions work *2023-11-02, version 4.7.1* tasks hindered by time delay. Every time open the app or switch to it, a 4 second or more delay is experienced before anything can be done. Didn’t used to do this. ### 4/5 — Keeps crashing *2023-07-11, version 4.7.1* App is used for work manuals and used to work. Now it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it.
