Our easy to use app allows clinicians to record their encounter narrative and through secure data transmission send it to a Medical Transcriptionist. Clinicians can then review the highly accurate transcription and e-Sign it, as well as, generate a PDF and send to their medical records department. Clinicians have the power to transcribe from the palm of their hands and no longer need to carry extra devices, find dictation stations, need bulky computers or use outdated telephone transcription systems.

Hospitals and clinics have the option to upload their templates to keep consistency in documentation for all staff members.
