DocVault is a private document vault for iPhone and iPad.

Scan, import, organize, preview, rename, search and share your important documents from one calm place. Keep IDs, contracts, bills, invoices, tax papers, insurance, receipts, warranties, health documents, vehicle papers, recipes, travel files and more ready when life asks for them.

FREE TO START

DocVault lets you start with up to 20 personal documents. Demo documents do not count toward the limit, and your existing documents remain accessible if you reach it.

DocVault Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase and unlocks unlimited documents and advanced tools. No subscription.

CAPTURE EVERYTHING

Use your camera to scan paper documents, or import PDFs, images and other supported files from iOS. You can also import multiple files at once and send them straight to Inbox for later review.

ORGANIZE BY REAL LIFE

Save each document with a clear name, category, subcategory, tags, notes, document date and optional expiry date.

DocVault includes practical categories such as Identity, Contracts, Bills, Invoices, Government, Taxes, Banking, Insurance, Health, Vehicle, Home, Work, Travel, Receipts, Warranties, Certificates, Legal, Utilities, Recipes, Education and Family.

Categories only appear on the main screen when they contain documents, keeping the interface clean and focused.

Search by document name, category, subcategory, tags or notes. Use document previews to recognize files quickly, rename documents from the preview, and share them with clean filenames.

IMPORTANT DATES, UNDER CONTROL

Add document dates and expiry or review dates for contracts, IDs, insurance policies, certificates, vehicle papers and more.

With DocVault Pro, you can add reminders and optional calendar events so important dates are easier to track.

SYNC OR BACK UP YOUR WAY

DocVault Pro can sync your documents between iPhone and iPad using your personal iCloud account. Pull down on the main screen to sync whenever you need.

Prefer not to use iCloud? DocVault also includes manual backup and restore tools.

SHARE WHEN NEEDED

Share one document, select multiple documents inside a category, or create a ZIP file before sharing. Use the native iOS share sheet to send files through Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files and other apps.
