If you want to turn an otherwise pleasant coffee outing into the worst ordering experience, by all means download this app. 

The cafe itself is great, but in order to subscribe for their promotions, you must use the app to order.

Then, you sit in their cafe while it reports network error after network error. You also have to notify the staff that you are ordering through the app. Not well-thought out at all.

Skip the app and subscriptions to order in person. It’s so much easier and faster.
