The step counter didn’t work and the support said to upgrade the firmware. That hangs too. 
Nothing works as it’s supposed to. Very bad decision to purchase this brand.

App is crashing on load still, this is the second device I have gotten and still experiencing problems. The firmware won’t update even after uninstalling and rebooting phone. Very dissatisfied

Hi I love the watch and bought it in South Africa and now that I’m back in China it does not have any functionality anymore. It does not count my steps or properly track my exercise (it only times the exercises) when I’m in the sport function. The only things that do get monitored are my heart rate and sleeping patterns which is not the only reasons I bought the watch. I also have the same problem as the previous review that the app freezes up when I enter the update option. I hope this issue can be fixed somehow otherwise I will need to replace it.

This app really needs a look at , I bought a smart watch for R2000 and it doesn’t even load watch faces. Im using an iphone 7. Please fix this issue as I would like more watch faces since I use the watch everyday.

Hi, I have just got the Dofit Sport and am trying to run the firmware update but as soon as I enter the option to use the updated, it just keeps saying wait and almost freezes the app. I love the watch and that it interacts well with the app though. Please try fix this as I believe the update fixes the weather issue and addresses bugs. Using an iPhone 5s if that helps.
