After reading up on doforms website, it was easily figured out. It is deceiving when installed. You have to create the forms on the website then send them to your device. All required info that I was able to enter has now been removed. Please fix this asap ### 1/5 — Checking for updates *2022-03-29* When I open doForms it gets stuck on a “checking for updates” screen. There’s an option to skip but it won’t let me use that. I go to the App Store and update manually and still gets stuck on that screen for HOURS. If they get past this issue I will change my rating. ### 1/5 — It's bad *2020-03-05* Every time that I have to update my app, it will not open at all, so I have to delete the app and re install and put all my work order back again,, for that reason I will not update this app again untill they fix this issues or my company decide to get another software,. ### 1/5 — Support to resolve app bug is lacking *2016-02-02* We currently have 335 users on a paid subscription dispatch account. We have notified DoForms of the issue where users are unable to use their data lookup form widget while the device is held in landscape mode (on its side). It's now been 11 months and we still are unable to use our forms that have a drop down (lookup) list widget. We've been promised on several occasions that there would be an update to fix this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. This issue makes our investment into becoming paperless harder because we are having user-adoption issues because the drop downs don't work when a user is filling out our forms. ### 1/5 — Can't create new forms , so what's the point *2012-02-20, version 1.2.2* Cant add new forms. The program is not doing anything special, interactive forms, we can do that on more stable platforms just as easily. However with the way it is setup it could be a threat to much more expensive systems. The nice part is the semi auto collection of this information for you. Again this can be done a bunch of ways, but for a format that anyone can use and is readily available for mobile devices this can be a winner for them. Now the real deal. The system, while good in theory is cumbersome to use for certain setups. In our application it does not function how we need it to. The system crashes quite a bit sometimes loosing info, and other times corrupting the files on the mobile device rendering it useless till a reload is done. The way it stores and allows access to the info is not ideal and hard for us to use. All this has been brought to their attention, but nothing has been done yet. I am giving them two months to get a better product to us. After that I am pulling our subscription. The system is a great idea, but the execution needs some work. ### 4/5 — Useful for any industry *2013-07-24* This application has enough modules that it can literally be used for collection of any type of data you want. Great mobile form solution that is user friendly. Support team is great and has helped us with any issues that have come up. It was easier when she did it all herself, but with 5 people working for her now she needed some help. DoForms give her the ability to EASILY, I mean EASILY create a form for employees to fill out at the site. She can customize the tasks based on the job and have the list ready for them when they get there. Real time GPS means she knows when they arrived, and when they left. Full Control!
