I can’t find a phone number. I’ve asked multiple times to cancel and they won’t reply to me. This app is not what I thought it would be. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-06-15* Saved form, went to open the next day and had reverted to an earlier saved copy of said form. All information lost. Unhappy ### 1/5 — Last update wrecked it *2019-10-04* PLEASE JUST GO BACK TO THE LAST VERSION BECAUSE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED. Ever since the last update I am completely unable to use the app. It crashes anytime I try to sign my name in the signature boxes. Also, when submitting anything the app crashes and nothing gets submitted. When iPhone is on dark mode, it tries to make the text boxes dark as well which would be nice, but the text stays black as well, making everything completely unreadable. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, reset my phone, and tried everything. This version is completely unusable. ### 1/5 — So long *2018-12-04* Worked until recent update. When you click on a box to input information, why doesn't the keyboard automatically pop up? Why do I have to selected it every time? Are you going to wish the information into the box? Also- why is there a 'next' option on the keyboard if it does not bring you to the next box. This app has more lag than windows 95 on a dial up internet connection. Idk abt anyone else but this app works amazing for me, amazing development, props to the team !! ### 5/5 — DoForms *2018-05-20, version 5.6.0* The performance of doForms relies heavily on having good, updated devices, running the latest OS, along with the latest version of the software. For usability, keyboards only pop up when you tell them to, actions do what they are programmed to do; so if the users aren’t seeing things and widgets are functioning as expected; it’s almost always, how the form was built. It’s a fantastic tool when you know what you are doing. You can’t pop in and use it for a day and expect it to work wonders. It’s just software, so unless you actually put the time in to make it work the way it’s designed, you won’t get the results you want. Leave it to an expert, should you need help; there are great resellers in the area that may be local to you. Sum-IT Solutions, LLC is one that have done multiple projects over several years in California and can provide you with the experience doForms intends.
