When I play the whistle sound she looks away from the camera not towards it! Also I don’t think that there should be so many sounds on premium. App is free with three different sounds dog bark, whistle and squeaky sound, also has a video mode. Can purchase in app more sounds if required. The free version of the app includes several free sounds, unlimited photo / video capture and limited monthly breed scans. These features have always been and remain to be completely free to use. If you are having trouble accessing these features compared to previous versions then please do get in touch at dogcam@shipyardstudios.io as this is not expected and we want to help fix this. ### 1/5 — Can’t get to open *2022-02-19* When I open this app there is a very large text box wanting permission to access my library. I can’t move the screen to scroll to accept nor change the size of the text. So no idea how this app is as I can’t access it at all! **Developer response:** Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble taking photos. To keep your photos secure, DogCam uses your phone's built-in photo library to store any photos and videos taken with the app. In order for this to work, you'll need to allow at least 'Limited' permission for the app to save your photos to your photo library. 'Limited' permission allows you to choose exactly which photos DogCam has access to (you don't have to select any at all), but also allows the app to save photos to your library. You can update your photo library permissions to 'Limited' by going to Settings > DogCam > Photos. If you don't want to allow any access to your photo library, you should still be able to access the app, but the camera screen won't be accessible as it requires the ability to at least save photos to your photo library. If you're still having trouble getting past the permissions setup then please do get in touch at dogcam@shipyardstudios.io as I'd love to help fix this for you. - Mike ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2021-12-08* I allowed this app all the permissions and it will not take a photo. I've tried everything and it will not capture a photo when I push the button. There is also no place for options. But the main question is, where the photo get save???? I was trying this and I was like omg the dogs like this and I took a lot of pic.
