I look for any chance to find more about dogs and love spotting breeds! This game is awesome because it teaches you to spell dog breeds (some are SUPER hard to spell) and teaches you more about every breed after you finish naming and spelling the breed. My only issue would be they are all of the same breeds, I am on level 52 and I got 2 Boston terriers in a row. Also the breeds are fairly easy. I tried to press some buttons but none of them worked and yes I read the reviews, I only got the app to give it a try and say it wasn’t that bad but I was wrong, the reviews are correct and I could never figure out how to get to level 2, such a disappointment and I love dogs😠 ### 2/5 — Dog Breeds *2021-06-16, version 1.4* Good concept- needs work. Way too many ads interrupting your thoughts to really get a sense of the game. Some of the worst dog depictions I’ve ever seen. Played the first two rounds and was NOT impressed. The photos are so bad that if you haven’t studied breeds, you’d have no idea what the dog is. Blurry, ugly, some shown as puppies rather than the identifiable adult, this app is a complete disappointment. This uses umbrella breed categories, not the specific type (“Spaniel” instead of “Cocker Spaniel” or “Cavalier Spaniel”), therefore it’s hard to judge by the photo. I gave 2 stars because the info is good. Find something better. This game is not worth it. 👎 ### 2/5 — I like it BUT... *2020-09-16, version 1.4* I really love this app and it’s perfect for learning new breeds and picking up on some facts about them but, I would like it so much more if the breed names were stretched to their full names like cardigan corgis or welsh corgis and English mastiff, bull mastiff, French mastiff, they are all different but so far I’ve only got “mastiff”. Also I wish there were more facts about the dogs. It did for a little while, but then some of the breeds were completely wrong! For example... (sorry to spoil an answer) but the Tibetan Mastiff, was a Saint Bernard or something close to that breed! STORY!! It was a harder one cause there are so many mastiffs, so I looked it up! And what did I find under pictures of Tibetan Mastiffs? I REALLY fluffy smaller dog!!! And how the creator spelled Dalmatian, is also wrong, along with many other things with this app! But over all, it is pretty fun to play if the dog breeds and names are correct!! But if I could give it a 2.5, I would. Like I said, it has MANY Things wrong with it, but over all, pretty good quality!
