After numerous attempts it still is t resolved. Say its because of the wifi but that is incorrect as I am connected correctly with my wifi on the correct band. It’s frustrating and my dog hasn’t been able to receive treatment for over 2 months. I don’t want to have to keep manually pushing for service. Please fix app asap. Or take warranty section out as you can confirm this with receipt. Need fix please!! ### 1/5 — Unreliable App *2025-12-05* This bed relies on the use of the App. Reboot, re- install name it. Bug fixes have been resolved. Note: the bed does not rely solely on the app. The bed can run unlimited 20 minute massages at any time with the button on rear of bed. The app is used to set up wifi connection for the maximum 4 automated massages, 2 of which are default set already. Thanks again! ### 1/5 — 100% garbage app *2025-06-24* This app is complete trash. Connecting to the bed is impossible because it gets stuck on the warranty section and doesn’t allow you to skip that step or proceed with a picture and date populated. Customer service support is non-existent. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We've identified the issue was a wifi timeout occurring that has been fixed in the latest release 1.4. Although it looked like a warranty page error, that is simply the next page after wifi that is jumped to after the wifi connection error. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Important to note: all massages can be manually started with button on rear of bed so no dog has to go without therapy, which is the main reason people get Dog Cloud. We will be returning a $700 bed because it’s too much effort to use ### 5/5 — Pampered Pet *2026-03-25* Both my dog and I love the Dog Cloud bed and app. I had some kinks in the very beginning but since the Version 1.6 update, the connection is stronger and very reliable. My dog’s scheduled massages work efficiently and the app is user friendly for me to monitor his daily therapy. I highly recommend the Dog Cloud bed and this app!! ### 5/5 — A lot of Great Info *2026-02-26* Love all of the information I am provided like how long my dog is on the bed, and if she completes a massage. It notifies me when I am out of the house, which I love as I have an indication as to what she is doing while I am not at home. The owner personally reached out and, with his team’s help, guided me step by step until the Dog Cloud app was working properly.
