The range of food is limited and the advice even more so. For example, look up potatoes and you get potato chips. No mention of potato or sweet potatoes. Any meat including bacon gets the same advice, be careful if it’s raw or undercooked! No mention of rice, carrots or bananas and many other common foods. Are to assume if it is not mentioned it’s OK?
