I use the app with a pair of Bluetooth speakers near the fence and they shut right up! He responds immediately. I give a warning alert before touching the ‘paw’ that emits a inaudible signal as the paw changes color to indicate it is sending. Works! When it is on, neighborhood dogs stay at a distance during my walk. As an experiment, I did not turn it on yesterday. The same dogs came very close, even touching me & barking loudly. I was afraid.
