## What is Dog Silencer?

At least one out of three people admit constantly barking dogs are a nuisance. There are many apps out there that claim to get rid of the problem of a barking dog and some are quite good. However, many of these apps are not effective. 
This app includes a dropdown list including hypersonic sounds of 12,000, 18,000, 25,000, 29,000, 35,000, 44,000, 55,000, 77,000, and 105,000 hertz, has been engineered to be four times louder than normal, and can be played on any kind of device from expensive high-end stereo systems to cheap Bluetooth speakers. Be sure to press the pause button and then press play when changing frequencies to reset. Otherwise, the new frequency won't play.

I get the same subscription offer every time I open the app despite having a subscription.  More importantly, I have five dogs and none of the proposed frequencies have any effect at all.  This app is useless.

Even though I have paid for my subscription, everything I click on takes me to subscription options. Furthermore, it appears that not all of the features even fit on the screen. I am hoping I can get my money back for the one month subscription that I paid for, since it is not working.

**Developer response:** I’m sorry to read that. You shouldn’t have any problems on getting refunded. You have to hit play again if you change the frequency. Please let me know what device and model you’re using and I’ll troubleshoot to fix any problems.
