I’ve attempted to use this app on an iPhone 14 Pro & iPad Pro Gen 2 both of which were updated to iOS 17.7 & are currently upgraded to iOS 18. A PC was also used with the currently updated Windows 11 operating system. We use high-speed Internet & have no issues with other devices. Will this problem ever be rectified?
